Question 1: What is the difference between the X20 and D20?

Answer: The X20 does not have a microphone, while the D20 has two wireless microphones. The built-in chips are also slightly different. All other functions are the same.

Question 2: What is the difference between the X20 and X20S?

Answer: They look the same, but differ in size, volume, weight, power, and battery capacity. The X20 is larger, and the X20S is smaller. (Specific dimensions can be viewed on the linked details page.)

Question 3: Will the X20 always be sold in Brazil?

Answer: No. Once sold out, it will not be restocked.

Question 4: Can the X20 be submerged in water?

Answer: No. The product is waterproof, meaning it can be used normally when exposed to water or in rainy weather. However, submerging the product will damage it. (Returns and partial refunds are not supported in this case.)

Question 5: Why did some customers receive the version with the BASS button, while others received the version with the W button? What is the difference between the two?

Answer: Functionally, there is no difference between the two; the only difference is the button patterns. The BASS version is the earliest, while the version with the W button is the updated version. (Both versions may be shipped mixed together; in this case, returns and partial refunds are not supported.)
